Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed and delivered within 4–5 weeks from the date payment is received and confirmed. This timeframe allows us to source, prepare, and quality-check your jersey before it reaches you.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been received, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Your 4–5 week delivery window begins from this date.
Shipping Updates
We'll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched. Where available, tracking information will be included so you can follow your order's progress.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues or unforeseen events. We'll keep you informed if your order is affected.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where goods arrive in a faulty state. To request a refund, email us with clear pictures of the fault. Once verified, we will process your refund accordingly.
