Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 4–5 weeks from the date your payment is received and confirmed.

When does the 4–5 week period start?

The clock starts the day your payment clears, not the day you place the order. If payment is delayed, your delivery window shifts accordingly.

Why does delivery take 4–5 weeks?

Each order is carefully sourced, prepared, and quality-checked before dispatch. This timeframe ensures you receive your jersey in the condition it deserves.

Can I get my order faster?

At this stage, we don't offer expedited shipping. All orders follow the same 4–5 week timeline.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You'll receive an email notification once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details where available.

What if my order hasn't arrived after 5 weeks?

Get in touch with us with your order number. We'll investigate and follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within South Africa only.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and Yoco payments.

When is my payment considered confirmed?

Yoco payments are usually confirmed immediately. EFT payments are confirmed once the funds reflect in our account, which can take 1–2 business days depending on your bank.

Managing Your Order

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of payment. After this period, your order is already in production or being prepared for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

How do I cancel my order?

Email us with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. Once shipped, the address can't be changed.

What happens if I'm not home when delivery arrives?

The courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave a notice with collection instructions. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Refunds are issued only when goods arrive in a faulty state. We do not refund for change of mind once an order has been delivered.

How do I claim a refund for a faulty item?

Email us with your order number and clear pictures showing the fault. Once verified, we will process your refund accordingly.
